The twin room we stayed in was luxurious and the staff was kind and lovely, plus the great central location opposite the cathedral.

Location is great: 5 minutes walk from the old center, 5-10 minutes walk to the castle. Nice view to Tsaravetz site. Rooms were comfortable, big enough and nicely arranged. We had a double room at the 4-Th level, with castle view. There was a train line passing by under the hotel hill but it didn't disturbed us to much. Included breakfast was good, as for regular 4* hotels, and the restaurant had a nice view to the surrounding area, including castle. Even if parking slots in front of the hotel were only few, they has another guarded parking place 300m from the hotel (and the guys from the reception were happy to take your car to and from that parking place). We didn't tried the restaurant or the spa services, since we preferred to go visit the nearby attractions.

The other parking place was a little too far from the hotel - but at least you could leave the car in a guarded place. Nothing bad in general for this hotel.

The room was nice and attractive with particularly good bathroom and a mini fridge bar, air conditioning and an iron.

The breakfast was good and included in the price; the staff were friendly, and the hotel is centrally located in the heart of the city.

The stuff was great: from the bell boy, to the receptionist and the waiter from the restaurant. Everybody speaks English and tries to help you as much as possible. The room had a beautiful view over the mountain and the fortress (the main attraction of Veliko Turnovo) and it was very clean and wide. The hotel has a panoramic elevator (niiice).

The air from the room was quite stuffy, maybe because they hadn't opened the windows, but we kept the windows opened during all our stay, so eventually it was't a big inconvenience.

The location it is great! We had lights show on the castel that was amazing!

Unfortunately the breakfast was very pur!

We had a fantastic stay at Yantra Grand. The location was perfect for exploring the city, and we were able to enjoy the stunning view of the "Sound and Light" show from our balcony. The breakfast was delicious, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel's private parking was also a great convenience. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay in Veliko Tarnovo.

The hotel is located a stone's throw away from the old town and also within walking distance (10 minutes) of the fortress. We were given three double rooms facing the fortress with a lovely view of the mountains. We were also able to watch the fortress' sound and light show from our rooms in the evening.

The hotel is a bit old and the rooms and corridors have a mouldy smell.

The hotel had comfortable and spacious rooms with beautiful views of the surrounding area, including a famous fortress. The staff were friendly and always ready to help. The food served at the hotel was delicious, especially the breakfast buffet, which offered a wide variety of options.

The hotel had some areas that could be improved. The air conditioning in the rooms was not very efficient and struggled to keep the rooms cool during hot weather.

What we liked best were the wonderful position of the Hotel which gave us the best ever views we have ever had from a Hotel. The staff were very pleasant and we could not have stayed in a better Hotel at the price we paid. If we were to come back to Veliko Ternovo this would be our first choice to stay in. We would highly recommend the Yantra Grand Hotel.

Staff is very friendly and ready to solve complaints (we had a room with a bad smell in the bathroom, they change it the next day, although the hotel was very crowded). Also, the restaurant serves very good food (not the breakfast, unfortunatelly)

The breakfast is not great, but you won't starve. Also, if you get a room with street view, it can be really noisy all night long (depending on the night and your luck, I guess)

We were delighted with the lovely room offering stunning views of the valley and its convenient central location in the heart of the historic town.
